Here is a beautiful wheel thrown fermentation crock with weights. Great for small batches. This crock holds about 2 quarts & measures about 7" tall. Use the weights to hold the veggies under water during fermentation period. Lid rim can be filled with water to create a seal. Make your own sauerkraut or any other fermented veggies.
