A nice set of vintage wooden children play blocks made in France. This set is made from solid wood & features several houses, fences, trees & a clock tower. The blocks have nice detail showing painted black & silver windows & doors on the yellow, red & black block surface. The box has nice graphics showing a French alpine scene with alpine style homes & large mountains in the distance. The box reads Avec Les Bois Jura Castor Batir Est Un Plaisir - Made in France. The box measures 10" by 7.5". This vintage kids building block set looks very nice overall with some wear seen on the box cover, edges & corners from past use & storage. One corner is split & the lid is warped a bit. A few trees were once glued to the inner cover holding the house blocks. There are 5 buildings & 5 triangular roofs. One red triangular piece. A few pieces may be missing but we are unsure. A nice vintage children block set for your antique toy block collection. Sold as found.
