The picture on this building set indicates that it is from the 20s or 30. The construction set consists of slotted wooden bars & discs which fit in the slots to connect them. There are 25 bars & 23 discs. I don't think the set is totally complete as there are a couple of small spaces in the box. I think this was probably a basic set. Great collectible toy! 12" x 8.75" x 1" I refund excess shipping over $1. I have listed this with priority flat rate shipping to afford a reasonable rate cross country.
