The Spa/ relaxing eye pillows are approximately 4" x 9" in size, & are made of two parts: 1. Inner sack: made of white 100% cotton & filled with Jasmine rice. 2. Outer sack: the eye pillowcase (flannel fabric) Scent options: -unscented -lavender -lavender+ rosemary -eucalyptus+ peppermint The inner sack is not machine washable- but the outer sack is- machine wash cold, low tumble dry safe. Instructions: - For heat: heat in microwave for 30 seconds, shake, continue heating for 15 second intervals until the desired temperature. - For cold: keep in freezer, take out when needed.
