I often use Crystal Breath at the beginning & end of a session, especially for clients who come in with respiratory issues. Apply a few drops with your base oil & apply around the neck & ears. Cup your hands over their nose & ask the client to inhale deeply a few times. 2. Great as a diffuser with our AromaDisc on our Salt Bowl. Put a few drops into the center of the aromadisc placed on the top of a warm salt Bowl. This will provide respiratory relief for the entire session & freshen the room. 3. Put a few drops on a tissue & hand from the headrest when client is lying on their stomach. At Home: 1. Respiratory & Increased Clarity: Great to have around the house and/or carry with you. a. Apply to hands, rub together, cup over nose, & breath deeply. b. Rub on chest and/or upper lip in a 5% dilution. Apply sparingly. 2. Diffuse on our AromaDisc with our Salt Bowl or another diffuser to eliminate odors.
