Ask for more photos if you'd like to see anything else "Decor Main Hyèvre" is painted under neath which means; "Decorated by hand, Hyèvre" (That is the place in France were it was made). It is unreadable illegible so I only think this is what it says... we have many pieces by this artist & sometimes it is written much moe clearly ... here though it is not clear at all.
