Hi, This is a beautiful Imperial Glass "Pansy" pattern electric blue carnival ruffled bowl. This pattern is made in many colors, however, this color is the most desirable, & the most valuable. It has been made for many years. This one, according to the maker's mark, was manufactured in 1973. This bowl is in pristine condition.
