Manufactured by the Toledo Metal Furniture Company circa 1930's. Stem has been lubed & all mechanisms work perfectly. Seat swivels effortlessly & adjusts from 25 3/8" to a max height of 32 7/8" Excellent vintage working condition with beautiful patina & minor oxidation.
