Enjoy Jerk-Style Chicken with fresh lime wedges, fried plantains, rice, and beans to round out the meal .Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 40 minutes Place 1/2 cup chopped green onion, 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 4 tablespoons Mc Cormick® Caribbean Jerk Seasoning, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, and 2 large fresh garlic cloves in blender container or food processor . Cover . Pulse just until blended . Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade; set aside . Place 2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs and drumsticks (skin removed) and remaining marinade in large bowl, turning chicken to coat well . Cover . Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight . Remove chicken from marinade . Discard any remaining marinade . Grill chicken over medium heat with grill closed 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F), turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade .
