They are designed in red and black colors to stand out and be easily noticed by all employees, signifying danger. The danger tags notify all persons about immediate danger and warnings. It helps aid in the safety of all people in the vicinity of such equipment, especially those who operate. The durable accident prevention tags are made from premium cardstock that is easily written on and intended to inform all personnel that the equipment is locked out and should not be operated. Unlike repair order tags, these feature a perforated edge with matching identification numbers. The upper half attaches directly to the equipment, is marked with the “DANGER” warning, and is customizable with a Name and Date. The bottom portion of the perforated cardstock also has the unique ID number printed on it and allows for custom entries of Equipment ID, Problem, Signed By, and Date.
