They started by growing popcorn for movie theaters, ball parks, and other popcorn distributors and eventually opened their own popcorn processing factory. Before long, they progressed into selling gourmet popcorn directly to consumers. But they faced one major drawback. Consumers did not have a way to pop popcorn like the commercial poppers could, delivering that consistent great taste. So, the quest for the perfect popper was on. After trial and error, they finally developed a popper that offered the features and benefits of commercial poppers and liked it so much they patented the product
