Ume are plums unique to Japan and used in lots of beverage and sweets recipes, as well as an ingredient in many sauces. This sparkling drink contains 12% juice from Wakayama ume plums, is hard pressed with Hyogo pure mountain water, and sweetened with organic sugar cane. It comes in a modest and clean looking bottle, making the experience that much more refreshing.
