Guardrail Stack Pallet Kit, 11 Rails and 12 Bases. The RZ Universal Guardrails Are Manufactured Out Of High strength Low Alloy Steel (HSLA). RZ Guardrails Exceed All OSHA Load Requirements. All RZ Guardrails and Bases Are Manufactured 100% in USA Priced Well Below Chinese Imports. Guardrails are designed to Fit Competitors Bases. Zip Base is a 3 hole base with rubber feet (58 lbs.). Nests and stacks easily for storage before and after use. Zip Base offers superior resistance to impact loads and its unique design is 40 lighter than competitor bases. Comes with toe board slots on each side and handle holes for lifting. Yellow powder coat. Four way pallet allows for end loading where guard rails are positioned flush to one end of the pallet. Side loaded pallet allows for loading where guard rails are positioned centered on the pallet. Kit includes: reusable stack pallet, 11 bases, 12 rails, and 22 locking pins. Stacks up to 3 pallets high. Tie Down Engineering will repair or replace, free of charge, any part, or parts that are defective in material or workmanship or both.
