Description
The Fudge Server is a water bath warmer that is thermostatically controlled to hold products at serving temperature without burning or scorching. It's constructed of stainless steel and ladles directly from a #10 can or stainless steel jar (#242813) (not included). An adjustable, precalibrated thermostat senses the food temperature and turns the heating element on or off as needed. This unit features a lift-off lid that is shaped to cover ladle opening and protect the product. Also includes a 1 oz (30 mL) stainless steel ladle.
