The Male Connector Brass Fitting from The Outdoor Plus is a high quality pipe fitting for use with gas appliances. Made from Brass to ensure durability and longevity. Male connector fitting features a 3/8-inch Male Flare fitting and a 1/2-inch Male fitting. Flared Fittings are used with a special tool to enlarge the connecting tube into a 45-degree tapered bell shape matching the projecting shape of the flare fitting. Using the flare nut to tighten the tapered fittings together prevents gas leakage without using any other type of adhesives.
