Wizard of Oz Party Banner - This banner is great for any Wizard of Oz themed party!The banner features some special details from the movie - Dorothy's blue gingham and ruby red. Each scalloped circle is approximately 4" wide. They are layered with a blue gingham, scalloped circle using foam tape to give the banner a 3D affect. Each letter is cut from red glitter cardstock using the Wizard of Oz font. The circles are strung along red grosgrain ribbon. Then a piece of red glitter or white sheer ribbon is tied between each letter. This banner comes with custom wording! Using the drop down menu, please select the number of letters in your chosen message.
