This particular one is made out of Black Ash (Hardwood), it is milled to 7/8" thick to offer maximum durability and also to better protect your countertops or table. This trivet is treated with food-safe mineral oil only and will occasionally need a recoat to keep it looking good and lasting for many years to come (takes only a minute).Multiple common sizes to choose from. This will include (1) 5.5", (1) 8.5", and (1) 10.5" trivet.Need a size not listed? Feel free to send us a message with the size you need and we would be happy to build it!Due to the natural characteristics of each piece of wood, no 2 pieces will be the same. Grain orientation and natural tone of the wood will be slightly different. We do however hand pick each piece to ensure each one look great!
