Being a seasoned photographer with over four decades of experience, the opportunity to capture the sunset at Lake McDonald in Glacier National Park was nothing short of exhilarating. The anticipation was palpable as I set up my camera, hoping to immortalize a moment of pure magic against the backdrop of nature's splendor.The weather teased with uncertainty, but I refused to let doubt cloud my enthusiasm. As I waited, surrounded by the symphony of nature's whispers, I couldn't help but share in the excitement with fellow photographers, even lending a helping hand to a young enthusiast eager to learn the craft.The crisp air of early fall mingled with the scent of pine, a fragrance that spoke of the untamed wilderness surrounding us. I set my camera on the tripod anticipating its fall sunset. I began setting up for this quest in the early evening. As the minutes passed, I waited for the magic to unfold. I started to shoot the sunlit mountains as it was coming down and kissed the mountain tops. Gold lit the gigantic mountain peaks with a dance of pride and exuberance. "Art makes a home more Human"
