As a person who loves to cook myself, i find that making good use of every inch of the kitchen helps make my life a little easier. I designed these to do just that plus, add some very nice character to our kitchen. Made of locally sourced lumber, these are machined to perfection and then saturated in a food-safe oil so you can rest assure there are no harmful chemicals in our food handling products unless otherwise noted.Standard Size: 11" wide x 15" deep x 2" thick. We offer other stock sizes that you can select from in the dropdown menu. If you need a custom fitted size, please contact us. If it is relatively close to our stock sizes we can make the size changes for no additional charge.Please Note: Due to the natural characteristics of each piece of wood, no 2 organizers will have the same look. Occasionally, these will need a recoat of food-safe oil to keep the wood hydrated, and to prevent unnecessary movement of the wood for many years to come.
