The states are not proportional to each other (Alaska needed to shrink, while Rhode Island was blown up to get to their general 4" outline shape). Each cut-out ornament comes with a keychain attached, along with the cutout heart, too! Feel free to replace with a special ribbon of your own choice, once you receive it.Please note: We are not able to customize each state with the placement of the hearts. We chose ideal locations for each state based on the shape and major cities when possible.
