This listing is for ENGRAVED wood tags to go with our Family Birthday Board Signs.**Please Note: Be sure to double check the amount of tags you are ordering to be sure it is correct! For example, if you select 10 tags but only provide 9 names for personalization, we will send the 10th tag blank with no engraving.**Item Details:- Tags are made of 1/4" thick birch wood.- Each tag is 1.5" in diameter.- Names and dates that you provide will be laser engraved onto the tags, in the font shown in the photos.- One S-hook for hanging is included with each tag that you order.- Shapes available are circles, hearts and bones.- The backs of the tags will have dark markings from the laser cutting process. This is normal and cannot be avoided!To Order:- From the "Amount of Tags" drop-down menu, select how many tags you need.- In the personalization box, please list the names and numbers to be engraved on each tag, and the tag shape you would like.
