Umbrella becomes a tipping hazard at 20 MPH and will tip over starting around 25MPH. Bases should be filled with sand-water mixture or p-gravel (not included). For cold climates where temperatures drop below 32 degrees, DO NOT add water. Use a minimum 5 bags of sand, up to 275 lbs.. Always close umbrella when not in use, or in inclement weather.
