Our Tech Experts will be able to assist with common issues, such as Installing Conferencing Software, Audio Problems, Freezing Video, Changing a Background, Screenshare Problems and Network & Connectivity Issues. Once purchased, you’ll receive an e-mail with instructions to begin your service by downloading our agent and connecting to our Tech Experts. Software license not included. Support is offered for the following applications: Skype, Zoom, Go to Meeting, Cisco WebEx, Ring Central, Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, Join.me and BlueJeans.
