Ink drawing "Incense burner" from the series "Forget about Regrets".The first drawings from this series appeared during the Inktober 2019. At that moment I was fascinated by the novel "Mo Dao Zu Shi"...In addition, I am very inspired by the aesthetics of Asian fantasy. This is probably why during this event I began to choose precisely these plots. At first they were not connected to each other.But then I noticed some similarities between my drawings and the plot of novel and dorama.So the idea came up to create a series of 12 drawings (for further combining them into a calendar) that would chronologically describe the plot of the novel. I hope I succeeded...All these drawings were created on watercolor paper using ink, watercolor markers and acrylic paints.
