Delirium is a scattered holographic flake top coat. This special effect nail polish transforms your look from plain to prismatic. Layer it over any base color or apply 2 coats for a sparkling, sheer look. NOTES: Holographic polishes look best under direct light, such as sunlight or strong indoor bulbs, to bring out the prismatic rainbow effect. Born out of a desire to transcend the limited color palettes of conventional nail polish brands, Cirque Colors nail polish is a non-toxic, 10-free formula that is also vegan and cruelty-free! Directions: Shake well before use as particle settlement may occur. For best results, apply base coat, 2-3 thin coats of nail polish then finish with top coat.
