It's a bit dark to photograph well enough to see the detail. The Diamond Expansion Bolt Co had a patent on the shield depicted on this small paperweight. Pretty scarce based on the lack of other examples. Not marked other than the aforementioned. Measures 2 1/2" x 1 5/8". Pretty cool industrial advertising item.
