The Firefighter's Pendant Light Everything about this light is just as hard-working as the courageous firefighters who risk their lives every day. Most of the parts, pieces, & fittings were custom fabricated & the entire light is nice & heavy. It's solid inside & out...no cheap plastic here. It's built to last. We purposely designed this Firefighter's Lamp to be a little "salty" so we hand-distressed the finish to give it a well-seasoned look. After all the smoke is gone, we've got imperfections & blemishes all over it that add a ton of character. Hang it in your man cave, at the station, or in that special place. You'll love it. Since gauges, valves, & handles are an important part of the job, we installed a Steam Gauge Plate Dimmer that is actually a working dimmer. Turn the white wheel to the right so the bulb can be dimmed or turned on & off easily. Our firefighter pendant is adorned with 15 feet of our beautiful black twisted cloth-covered wire that is a tribute to the vintage wire used in times past. We attached a vintage-style plug so you can plug it in anywhere. Or select the "hardwire option" & we'll include 5ft of wire with a black ceiling canopy & you can tie it into your existing ceiling electrical box. No problem. The 10" diameter black shade will accept any standard size bulb. (bulb not included) Our magnificent light is nearly 15" tall & is approximately 10" wide & can be hung anywhere. Purchase one for yourself or for that special firefighter in your life. Please keep in mind it is made to order. You won't find it in the big box stores, it's not made overseas, & certainly does not come off the assembly line. It's created, formed, assembled, & distressed by hand in our small shop here in Vermilion, Ohio.
