This is a print of the original watercolor painting featuring Park Grocery - a classic Ice House in Houston, Texas. Built in 1951 - Park Grocery has been keeping the locals refreshed for 70 years. Print image measures approx. 5" x 7" - on 110 lb. card stock paper with white border - & printed on 6" x 8" paper. Hand titled & signed in pencil.
