This is a print of the original watercolor painting featuring Park Grocery - a classic Ice House in Houston, Texas. Built in 1951 - Park Grocery has been keeping the locals refreshed for 70 years. Print image measures approx. 8" x 10" - on 110 lb. card stock paper with white border - & printed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper. Hand titled & signed in pencil. Fits nicely in to an 8" x 10" mat for framing in 11" x 14" frame - or directly in to an 8 1/2" x 11" frame This is one of a growing collection of paintings I'm creating that feature sites around the Backroads & Main Streets of Texas as well as many from the Streets of Houston.
