A colourful vista to keep you cosy! The shell of this jacket is made from 100% organic sturdy cotton drill that has been digitally printed with the unique BangBangCrash Mountains print. The lining is a super soft & cosy organic cotton fleece. The Winter version comes with an extra internal layer of fine but super insulating recycled wadding (an innovative new thermal textile created from 100% recycled plastic bottles.) The jacket fastens at the front with a superior YKK zip. There are reinforced pockets on the front & elastic through the bottom hem of the jacket that can be tightened & toggled to your desired length. These jackets are unisex, please select a size from the drop-down menu, using your chest circumference as reference (This is not the size of the jacket, please use your actual chest size - for help with measurements click here.) Customisation to the size can be made. If you would like to provide your own measurements please select "made-to-measure" & include chest or bust, waist, hips & arm length measurements in the notes section at the checkout. Each jacket is made-to-order in our Bristol studio & production can take up to 4 weeks at peak times. Notes on sustainability: Organic cotton is grown without using synthetic pesticides & fertilisers & without the use of genetically modified crops. It uses 91% less water than non-organic cotton, & produces far fewer greenhouse gases. The naturally off-white colour of the organic cotton drill is because it has undergone a more gentle & less polluting bleaching process. Find out more here Digital printing is the most environmentally friendly printing method as it is extremely precise & does not rinse excess inks into the water system. When it comes to sustainability, there are pros & cons with all fabrics & all production methods, but at BangBangCrash we aim to always make the most-sustainable choice available, & ensure that you as a consumer are as informed as possible.
