You are purchasing a high resolution (300DPI) jpg & PDF file, for you to print via a print shop. This allows you to save on costs by having it printed yourself. It is quite a simple process, simply download the file, & either take into your local printing store on a thumb drive, or upload to an online printer & have printed & shipped to you. If you have any questions or difficulties, I am completely happy to guide you through the process! I will never leave you hanging, & would work with guiding & assisting you until you have successfully uploaded or printed your files. ➢ 1 x JPG file - High Resolution 300DPI ➢ 1 x PDF file - High Resolution 300DPI How do I customise it with my name/date? When you go to add it to your cart, there is a box that asks you to enter your names & date. Then once I have received your order it will be visible for me to go ahead & start creating your proof! How long until I receive my proof, & where will you send it? ➢ My business hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday AUSTRALIAN TIME. It depends when I receive your order & where your order is in the queue, it could be 10 minutes, or it could be 48 hours. To be safe, please allow 48 hours. If you need a super quick turnaround, please message me FIRST to see what my schedule is like :) ➢ It will be sent to your Etsy conversations inbox. If you do not respond to me after 48 hours, then I will send you an email to the email address listed with your order. Then what? Once you have received your proof, please check the spelling, punctuation & wording CAREFULLY. Once you have approved it, I will send the high resolution jpg & PDF to your email address listed with your order. What sizes can I choose from? Please check the sizes offered by your chosen printing shop BEFORE placing your order. It may vary for different countries or printing providers. If you choose a specific size, & then try to print it in a different size, it will cut off either the edges, or tops, or both, online programs may reject your file or may result in lower resolution.
