A lot of the time, kids are so excited to be creative that they can't be bothered to color in the lines! They just want to have fun & make something. It's easy to forget that art is supposed to be fun. I tried to keep this mindset while creating this piece by letting myself scribble & create what felt good to me! "All things grow" is a quote from one of my favorite songs, "Chicago" by Sufjan Stevens. I have the pleasure of watching the kids I teach grow into incredible little humans. I want to remind myself (and you!) that everyone is growing constantly, & that's okay! :) Printed & signed in my home studio on thick watercolor paper for a beautiful & long lasting finish!
