We recommend using inserts 2 inches larger than the square covers for a more full, plump look. The 14x20 lumbar will fit a 14x20 insert perfectly. Dry clean or spot clean only. Zipper closure is an invisible zipper in cream. Custom made please allow at least 1-2 weeks for production. Please read our Return Policy before ordering.
