SHIPPING & DELIVERY Each piece of furniture comes with free curbside shipping, where the shipper will unload the furniture from the truck, but cannot bring it into your house. We do have a White Glove Inside Delivery option available upon request. POLICIES All cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order. Because our handcrafted furniture collection is built-to-order, we cannot accept cancellation requests or issue refunds after our shop has started the build process. If your furniture arrives damaged or there is a manufacturer related defect, please contact us right away & send pictures of the damage.
