This kitchen interior was painted in my Madison Apt. home. I had large 39x66 canvas to do something with, & was inspired by this old funky little awkward kitchen, with its open cupboard revealing stacked dishes & my stove top espresso maker. The items in this painting were pretty much there everyday, though this is a cleaner version of the kitchen for sure! I also very much liked the metal thingy attached to the light on the ceiling I had to pull to turn the light on & off. It was a bunch of metal balls attached to each other & though I did not paint the exact number of them, I did paint individual dots to mimic as close as possible what it looked like. The exact dimensions are 10.25x17.5, with a white border. Print Number 8 of 50 The image is reproduced using archival-quality pigment ink & is printed on Epson Radiant White Watercolor paper coated with a protective spray that increases resistance to water, scratches & ultra-violet light.
