The more characters contained in your personalisation request, the smaller the text will be (text will be scaled & not stretched). - CARE INSTRUCTIONS - Each of our products is handmade with love so to keep them in top condition we recommend the following: - Not dishwasher safe - Wipe with a damp cloth taking care when wiping over the text - Do not soak or submerge - PERSONALISATION - Personalisation will be printed exactly as entered on ordering, please ensure that all details are correct before checking out with your order. - DISPATCH & DELIVERY - Dispatch times vary depending on the product. Each listing will show an accurate dispatch time prior to purchase. We are unable to refund or cancel orders due to a buyers problem with dispatch time as we must reiterate this is advertised prior to purchase. However, we will always endeavour to get products our as quickly as possible.
