DIY WEAVING KIT - LIGHT BLUE, BLUE, GREY For a WOOD BASE COIL BASKET This kit contains all materials needed to make a small basket approximately 10x10cm including: - DIY Weaving Instruction Booklet (with diagrams from my workshop for both left & right-handed people - Needle to fit wooden disc & yarns - Natural or recycled blends of yarn (cotton/sheep/llama/alpaca/recycled nylon) - Handmade wooden weaving base/weaving disc (these are made from walnut, birch, fig, cherry, etc depending on what is in stock) with the perfect sized holes to fit your needle & wool through - Pine needles or grasses - Cotton bag to store your wool & needle - Access to a private online weaving group & weaving resources - Video for left + right-handed people to start a simple coil basket off a wooden disc (video is not needed illustrated booklet is all you need so you can weave on the go or out in nature) NOTES Colours of this pack are selected by you, this can be chosen & added when you are finalizing your purchase in the personalisation field. Photos of completed baskets are all made with the contents of one kit or less. Sizes of DIY baskets will vary from person to person as this depends on how big or small you wish to weave, how close together your stitches are & the shape you choose to weave, different wool sizes, & materials used. You can always add more grasses of materials if you want to grow your basket bigger & information & help is listed in the information booklet that comes with our kit. No trees are harmed with any of my creations, wood bases come from fallen tree limbs. These are cut & drilled by my partner & I. All creations are made with love & respect in honor of mother nature's beauty & magic. Grasses & natural material bundles used are all ethically sourced. If you choose to keep weaving & collect your own materials for new projects please protect our environment when sourcing natural materials for your weaving adventures, know what is ok & do your research first.
