HOUSE PORTRAIT ILLUSTRATION Last order date in time for Christmas is Sunday 26th November A custom house illustration makes a thoughtful & individual gift (Perfect for a house warming, engagement, wedding, valentines, birthday or Christmas!) or keepsake for your own home. You can add a little pet too should you wish! - See picture examples. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A high quality, fine art print. Available in sizes A4 & A3 but if you require a custom size, please contact me. You are buying an unframed print only - No frame or mount is included. For customers within the UK, I can arrange framing. Please message me for details. Your illustration will be Giclee printed & has a beautiful subtle texture, complimenting the pastel & crayon used in parts of the original art. Giclee is a type of high-quality printing with an expected life span of 100+ years. HOW TO ORDER Each piece is made to order. Select the size of print & carefully add any text you wish to include in the 'Personalisation' box. Add to cart & checkout. Please have your house image ready as I will require this straight after purchase. You can send me images by clicking 'Contact' under my profile picture. Please attach a clear, head - on photo or photos of the house. You can also include close up pictures of any features that you would like included. E.g; Stone pattern, plaques or window design. If you are happy to provide an address, I could refer to street view if needed. PROOF & TURN AROUND Please note, no printing will go ahead without your approval. A water marked digital proof will be sent within one week of receiving your order & pictures. Once authorisation is given, prints will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. DELIVERY UK Please allow 1-2 weeks for illustration proofing, printing & shipping. This will rely on a speedy feedback once a proof is sent to you. All orders are sent via Royal Mail standard untracked. The estimated shipping time within the UK is 1-2 working days but this is a guide & not guaranteed. It is the customer's responsibility to order in good time. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we can not take responsibility for undelivered items where the delivery address has been supplied incorrectly. A3 prints are sent rolled in a tube for safe delivery so they may need to be flattened out. DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK Please allow 1-2 weeks for illustration proofing, printing & dispatch. This will rely on a speedy feedback once a proof is sent to you. All orders are sent via Royal Mail standard untracked, accept for orders to the US which will be sent tracked. It is the customer's responsibility to order in good time.
