For best results send a photo where the subject isn't looking directly at the camera & the light & shadow are clearly distinguished on the face. How to order your custom watercolour portrait: Place your order, choosing the size you would like on Etsy Send me your photograph, ideally by email fernandtheforest@gmail.com I will respond to let you know I've received the photo & ask any relevant question Wait a few weeks while I paint your custom portrait You will receive an email letting you know that your portrait is complete & will be sent imminently Receive your portrait in the post Easy Peasy... Your painting will be placed between cardboard to keep the order safe & then posted in a hardback envelope or cardboard mailer. I take great care to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition but if for some reason you are not 100% happy then please get in touch. Please be aware that due to the nature of these original paintings, timescales can vary with work taking between 1 - 8 weeks to dispatch depending on the time of year & current queue.
