Each puzzle set is 3/8 inch thick in total. Regular puzzle width is 3.35 inches & length varies, depending on the quantity of letters. Letters are 1/5 inch thick & are raised an 1/8 inch above the front of the puzzle so it's easy for a kid to play with.
