Lavender Heating & Cooling Pads - Aromatherapy Pillow 5"x 10" - 100% Cotton The gentle pressure this pillow is an automatic trigger to your brain to relax & can help ease some tension in your muscles & nerves. Each Heating Pad is made with 100% cotton flannel material, & filled with a blend of rice, flax, & lavender flowers as well as organic therapeutic grade lavender essential oil. This pad can be used warm or cold. To heat, place in microwave for 40 seconds. Make sure that it's not too hot before applying it to the affected area. To cool, place the pad in it's plastic protective sleeve, & put in the freezer. Works wonders for lower back pain (if you're like me), cramps, minor aches & pains, & relaxation. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: DO NOT let the pillow get wet. The lavender scent will eventually go away, & when that happens, simply apply a few drops of your favorite essential oil on your hands, & rub to distribute the oil evenly, then gently swipe the pillow to transfer the scent. -This pad can be used warm or cold.
