Hey Sol Thank you for checking this out! 'Sol' plates are handmade here in Greece, Thessaloniki to be more specific, in collaboration with a small family business. They are painted line by line with lot of love & patience. The colors that have been used on the terracotta clay are white, yellow composing a geometrical pattern. All materials are suitable for food use (clay, colors, glaze). Please don't use dishwasher, wash normally on the kitchen sink using soap & water as usual. All materials & procedure are natural so you may notice some marks or small stones in the glazing, which is natural.
