This results in a seam every couple yards or so. It is a characteristic of all bias-cut ribbons & adored by so many for its "stretching" capabilities that allow it to drape more beautifully. If you're looking to purchase one yard & it is imperative that it comes without a seam, please purchase 2+ yards. One yard pieces are not guaranteed to be seamless.
