Your business cards will stand out in our unique, handmade business card holders. Business card holders are handmade by the Brokaw family in Kalona, Iowa. They are made out of natural, solid hardwoods. Features a pen or pencil holder as well. They are finished with a water-resistant varnish & no stains or dyes are used. Because each business card holder is unique & no two are exactly alike (in terms of the wood striping), you will not receive the exact ones pictured. Message us to request pictures of the ones we have in stock. Shipping Policy ➠ Our processing time is 2-4 business days, but it also depends on our stock. Depending on weight + size, we may ship using UPS Ground. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Priority Mail (2-3 business days) at checkout. This will also bump your order to the top of our list to pack & ship. ➠ It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe & deliverable address on the order. If a package is returned to us, the sender, due to the failure to provide a deliverable address or a wrong address on the order, second time shipping will be charged to the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse, refund or replace anything stolen. ➠ If your package seems to be late or lost in the USPS system, contact your local Post Office by calling their direct line & visiting your local office to seek further assistance there. We will do our best to assess the damage & either refund or replace the item. ➠ If an item is unwanted or not needed anymore, we have a 25% restocking fee. in this case, cost of shipping the item back to us, will not be reimbursed. Once the returned item is received, we will proceed with reimbursement.
