One-of-a-kind black pottery box~ A stunning match of two natural materials & Handmade processes. Weaving & ceramics. Would make a wonderful jewelry box or lovingly nestle other treasured items. I weave the lid from local pine needles to a beautifully delicate pattern. The box is handmade on the pottery-wheel from black stoneware. The inside is painted with white porcelain & finished with a matte glaze, while the outside is unglazed & pleasantly rough. This will make a great gift!
