This oyster platter can hold a bed of ice for your precious oysters, & be accompanied by a sauce or lemons (if you please). Handcrafted in Maine from local woodworker & made to order. Available in Cherry. I select each rough board carefully paying attention to it's unique characteristics & carve the platter to accentuate the natural beauty inherent in the wood. Each platter is from a single piece of wood, & will vary slightly depending on the selected wood. Platters are great for outdoor entertaining. This platter is versatile - could be used for oysters, or a plain old appetizer. Hand wash & dry. Food-safe finish; bees wax & mineral oil.
