I will usually dispatch within 3 business days of receiving your payment but I will email you in the unlikely event that I experience delays. Shipping Options - UK orders Free 2nd class postage. Should deliver in 2-3 working days after dispatch. Certificate of Posting will be obtained should there be a problem with delivery. UK 1st class recorded postage available as an option at checkout (additional fee £2.95) If you need something by a certain date/event please let me know & I will try to accommodate requests Shipping is to verified PayPal addresses only, so if you wish to have your purchase shipped to an address other than the one on your PayPal account, please let me know. Exchange & Returns As we are sure you'll appreciate, earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons. We will obviously refund or exchange if there is a fault with item at point of delivery, please contact up within 7 days of receipt & we will do our best to remedy the problem. I will never send out an item that I don't believe in 100%. Please convo or e-mail me with any questions you have.
