This is for anyone who wants to have a piece of their home, past or present, with them always. This also makes a great gift for parents remembering a childhood home, a housewarming gift for a friend, or a gift for a client if you're a real estate agent. After your purchase, please send me a front facing, well-lit photo of the home you would like drawn. If you don't have one, try checking Zillow or Google maps. My initial draft will get to you in 1-2 weeks. Then, you will be able to make any small changes you'd like, with up to three rounds of revisions. If this is a gift or needs to be done quickly, please send me a message before purchasing. Depending on timing, I may be able to complete it sooner. This listing includes a physical copy of the artwork, as well as an emailed JPEG file. Please add in the personalization section if you'd like any text added. There is no extra charge for this.
