This is an archival art print of my original watercolour piece, How To Plant A Bee Friendly Garden. The perfect print for someone who loves bees or is interested in learning more about how they can help within their own gardens! This poster was originally exhibited at Create or Die Gallery in Marrickville, Sydney. The artwork is a call to action & a love letter to the many kinds of precious, intelligent, busy bumble bees. The detailed illustrations of these tiny creatures, who are often invisible in our gardens & public spaces, are created at a larger than life scale so that we are drawn to their unique beauty & reminded of their presence & importance. The bee does so much within our ecosystem & is sadly dying at an unprecedented rate. This work aims to share simple ways we can help save the bees. The original illustration has been printed on a beautiful fine art paper (Epson Cold Press) with archival pigment inks. The paper is made especially for art prints. This giclée print is so beautiful it is very difficult to tell it apart from the original artwork. The posters are an edition of 50.
