This is a print of the original watercolor painting featuring a Houston classic - The Lone Star Saloon on Travis Street in downtown. Opened in 1945 - this little bar has been serving up cold beers for 75 years now. Originally named Duffy's - it was purchased in 1979 & became the Lone Star Saloon. Print measures approx. 8" x 10" - on 110 lb. card stock paper with white border - & printed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper. Hand titled & signed in pencil. Fits nicely in to an 8" x 10" mat for framing in 11" x 14" frame - or directly in to an 8 1/2" x 11" frame This is one of a growing collection of paintings I'm creating featuring the Backroads & Main Streets of Texas.
